for parents. |

Holidaying is fun, but to ensure that it becomes a
trouble free and safe holidaying with your children, it
is important you follow certain safety measures.
Here are some:
- Teach your
children to stay with you at all times when you are in
an alien place.
- Children should
be taught to inform their parents if they go anywhere.
- A pre designated
spot should be fixed by the family, when it in a
public facility. Just in case the children are
separated from parents, they should reach the
pre-designated spot.
- Young children
should be taught about the sources of help such as a
uniformed security officer, salesperson with a
nametag, and the person in the information booth.
- Parents should
see that their children do not wear clothing that has
their names on it. As such clothes can bring unwanted
attention from unwanted sources. This gives them a
chance to start conversation with the children using
their names.
- Never leave the
children to go about places alone. Older children
should accompany them.
- The best
supervision a child can get is from his parents no
other alternate arrangement take its place.
